Business Development Manager

Wir suchen einen erfahrenen Business Development Manager, der unsere internationale Expansion vorantreiben kann. Als Teil unseres dynamischen Teams wirst du eng mit unserem C-Level und Senior Management-Team zusammenarbeiten, um komplexe Prozesse zu begleiten, zu unterstützen und zu beraten. Deine Aufgaben werden dir die Weiterentwicklung unseres Produkt- und Lösungsportfolios, die Steuerung internationaler Projekte und die Analyse von Auswirkungen deiner Projekte umfassen.
Deine Aufgaben- Du bist verantwortlich für die Erstellung und Bewertung von Business-Plänen in enger Zusammenarbeit mit unseren Teams
- Du prognostizierst und analysierst die Auswirkungen deiner Projekte und präsentierst die Ergebnisse unserem Team und Management
- Du leitest funktionsübergreifende Teams im Rahmen internationaler Projekte und pflegst eine enge Zusammenarbeit mit unseren Entscheidungsträgern
- Du bist zuständig für das Monitoring und Reporting gegenüber unseren Stakeholdern und dem Management
- Du evaluierst unsere CRM-Maßnahmen- und Tools, um diese stetig zu optimieren und weiterzuentwickeln
- Du hast ein Hochschulstudium mit überdurchschnittlichem Erfolg im Bereich der Wirtschaftswissenschaften (oder vergleichbarer Ausbildung) erfolgreich abgeschlossen
- Du verfügst über +2 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Bereich Business Development/Projektmanagement/Consulting, idealerweise im Bereich Medien/Ad Tech/Mobile Advertising
- Du bist in der Lage, Prozesse und Best Practices zu implementieren, einzuhalten und zu verbessern, um eine funktionsübergreifende Zusammenarbeit zu ermöglichen
- Du hast Freude an sowohl analytischer als auch Hands-on geprägter Arbeit in einem international ausgerichteten Umfeld, wobei Du selbstständig, strukturiert und zielorientiert agierst
- Du bist ambitioniert, gleichzeitig lernbereit und es motiviert Dich, Themen und Projekte voranzubringen
- Du verfügst über sehr gute Präsentationsfähigkeiten und bist sicher im Umgang mit PowerPoint und Excel
- Du sprichst neben Deutsch auch fließend Englisch
- Du hast erste Erfahrungen im Projektmanagement sammeln können
- Erfahrungen mit HubSpot sind von Vorteil
