Sales Director for Personal Care

Cambrium is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our Commercial Team as a key member in driving the growth of our vegan collagen active ingredient in the personal care market.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing sales activities, developing sales strategies, and building strong relationships with personal care customers to deliver revenue goals and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities- Sales Strategy Development: Collaborate with the Head of Personal Care to develop sales strategies that align with the company's growth objectives and drive revenue growth.
- Lead Generation and Management: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, manage key accounts, and develop a strong pipeline of personal care customers.
- Customer Relationship Building: Foster strong relationships with customers to understand their needs, provide solutions, and expand business opportunities.
- Sales Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze sales performance, identify areas for improvement, and provide regular updates to the Commercial Team.
- Product Launch Support: Assist in the launch of new products in the cosmetics ingredient space and provide sales support to drive business growth.
- Trade Show Representation: Represent the company at trade shows and conferences to promote our products and build relationships with industry professionals.
- Industry Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of experience in the personal care and cosmetics industries, with a strong understanding of the market and its trends.
- Sales and Marketing Skills: Proven sales and marketing skills, with the ability to develop and execute sales strategies that drive revenue growth.
- Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Location: Based in Berlin or within easy travel distance of our Berlin office, with flexibility to work remotely.
