Job Responsibilities

  • Provide expert HR support to the European Sales Organization throughout the employee lifecycle, ensuring seamless integration and effective communication.
  • Lead organizational development initiatives, driving professional implementation and fostering a culture of innovation and growth.
  • Collaborate with subsidiaries to analyze HR data, derive actionable insights, and inform strategic decisions.
  • Contribute to various interdisciplinary projects on topics such as Talent Acquisition and Development, driving business outcomes and employee engagement.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives and drive organizational success.

Requirements

  • University degree in Business or HR, or equivalent experience.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  • Analytical mindset and ability to adapt to changing priorities, with a focus on delivering results-oriented solutions.
  • Fluency in German and English, with excellent language skills and cultural competence.
