Zweck und Umfang der Position:
Wir suchen eine vielfältige Herausforderung und ein Engagement für HR?
Dann werde Payroll Operations Manager bei Experian
Gemeinsam mit Deinem Team arbeitest Du in einem spannenden und internationalen Umfeld und bist für die Betreuung unserer ca. 350 Mitarbeiter in der DACH Region zuständig. Bei uns hast Du ein abwechslungsreiches Aufgabengebiet, kannst Verantwortung übernehmen und Deine Expertise in unterschiedliche HR-Projekte einbringen.
Hauptaufgaben, Zuständigkeiten:
- Vorbereitung und Durchführung der Lohn- und Gehaltsabrechnungen sowie deren Prüfung
- Durchführung und Koordination der Folgearbeiten der monatlichen Entgeltabrechnung mit unseren externen Dienstleistern
- Administrative Umsetzung sämtlicher Themen entlang des Employee Life Cycle, z. Bsp. Betriebsratsanhörungen, Vertragserstellung, Dokumentation
- Fachlicher Ansprechpartner bei Fragestellungen zu den Themen Zeiterfassung und Entgeltabrechnung
- Erstellung von regelmäßigen Reports und Statistiken
- Führen der digitalen Personalakte sowie Stammdatenpflege in Oracle und Accurat HCM
- Unterstützung der HR Business Partner und Mitwirkung in unterschiedlichen HR-Projekten
- Administrative Unterstützung im Personalbereich
Qualifikationen
Benötigte Ausbildung / Qualifikation, Erfahrung, Fähigkeiten:
- Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung im Personalbereich, z. Bsp. als Personalfachkauffrau/-mann, Personalsachbearbeiter, Personalreferent
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich Payroll
- Erfahrung im internationalen Konzernumfeld vorteilhaft
- Zahlenaffinität, Interesse an abrechnungsrelevanten Themen und Fragestellungen
- Versierter Umgang mit dem MS Office Paket
- Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit
- Selbstständige, organisierte Arbeitsweise und Freude an der Arbeit im Team
- Serviceorientierung und Hands-On-Mentalität
