Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Payroll Specialist to join our Compensation, Benefits & Payroll team. As a Payroll Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the accurate and timely processing of payroll for our employees.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process payroll for approximately 2,000 employees, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Coordinate with our Payroll Service Provider to ensure seamless payroll processing.
- Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce errors.
- Provide expert advice on payroll-related matters, including tax and social security regulations.
- Collaborate with the HR Service Team to ensure accurate and timely processing of absences and other payroll-related matters.
- Manage payroll interfaces with external parties, including health insurance providers and financial institutions.
Requirements:
- Relevant degree in a field such as accounting, finance, or human resources.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in payroll or a related field.
- Expert knowledge of payroll laws and regulations, including tax and social security.
- Proficiency in SAP HCM, particularly in the PA and PY modules.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
