Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Technical Sales Specialist to join our team in Clinical Diagnostik IVDR. As a Technical Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive business growth and revenue.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Betreiben, Ausbau und Absicherung des Geschäfts mit bestehenden überwiegend langjährigen Labor-Kunden
  • Ausbau des Geschäftes mit neuen bzw. weiterentwickelten Produkten
  • Sicherstellen einer beratenden, verlässlichen, sich kümmernden, vernetzten Zusammenarbeit mit den Kunden unter Einbindung interner Ressourcen und Kompetenzen der Schnittstellen (Backoffice, Customer Service, Scientific Support, Kundenschulungen)
  • Reisetätigkeit von 3–4 Tagen pro Woche im Vertriebsgebiet, im Übrigen Homeoffice
  • Reporting im CRM-System (Dynamics)
Requirements:
  • Abgeschlossenes naturwissenschaftliches Studium (z. B. Chemie, Pharmazie, Biologie, Lebensmittelchemie)
  • Fachwissen zum Thema klinische Diagnostik
  • Know-how im Bereich HPLC / LC-MS wären von Vorteil, z. B. Applikation oder Gerätetechnologie
  • Möglichst mehrjährige Berufspraxis im Vertrieb oder in einer stark kundenausgerichteten Aufgabe wie beispielsweise dem technischen Support (entsprechend Scientific Support / Service- oder Application Engineer)
  • Offene, kommunikative und sich gerne kümmernde Persönlichkeit
  • Freude daran und die Fähigkeit, das zentrale Team auf den gemeinsamen Vertriebserfolg hin auszurichten und zu motivieren
  • Bereitschaft zu 3–4 Tagesreisen pro Woche
