Telecommunications Sales Representative

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Telekom Shop Verkäufer to join our team at wu personal GmbH. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and promoting our comprehensive solutions to various industries.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conducting sales-oriented consultation meetings with customers to understand their needs and preferences
  • Presenting and promoting our products and services in sales areas, highlighting their benefits and features
  • Selling standard products and services, including cashiering, while addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues
  • Processing customer orders and handling warranty requests in a timely and efficient manner
  • Participating in sales initiatives and staying up-to-date with the latest product knowledge to provide expert advice to customers
Requirements
  • Previous experience in retail or sales is preferred, but not required
  • A strong interest in selling technical products and solutions in the mobile and telecommunications sector
  • Knowledge of the Telekom product range or a willingness to acquire it
  • Professional appearance and sales skills, with a focus on building strong relationships with customers
