Your Role

CONTRIBUTE TO THE EVOLUTION OF EDUCATION THROUGH INNOVATIVE TECHNOLOGIES.

At eduBITES, we are at the forefront of transforming corporate learning by leveraging AI and synthetic media to convert knowledge into actionable insights. As a Customer Success & Project Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in client interaction and project execution, ensuring our clients meet their educational and developmental objectives through our cutting-edge solutions.

This position is full-time (40 hours per week) and offers a hybrid work model. Proficiency in both German and English is essential.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Client Relationship Management:
    • Support clients throughout their journey with our offerings, from initial onboarding to ongoing success.
    • Serve as a strategic ally, recognizing and addressing the distinct needs of each client while nurturing long-term, value-oriented partnerships.
    • Design and execute engagement strategies that enhance client satisfaction and encourage retention.
  • Project Coordination & Delivery:
    • Oversee and manage various projects, ensuring timely delivery, adherence to budget, and exceptional quality.
    • Consistently monitor and report on project status, collaborating closely with internal teams to guarantee seamless execution and client satisfaction.
    • Facilitate cross-departmental efforts to align project results with client expectations and organizational objectives.
  • Strategic Advisory & Optimization:
    • Collaborate with clients to uncover opportunities for refining their learning strategies and maximizing the effectiveness of our solutions.
    • Drive business growth by identifying emerging client needs and proposing customized solutions that address those needs.
    • Collect and analyze client feedback to support the ongoing enhancement of our products and services.
  • Communication & Content Development:
    • Develop and manage communication materials that foster customer engagement and promote product adoption.
Your Profile
  • Professional Experience:
    • 2-5 years of experience in a role focused on project management, client engagement, or strategic consulting, preferably in a dynamic environment.
    • Background in the learning or knowledge management sector is advantageous but not mandatory.
    • Strong communication and presentation abilities, capable of engaging diverse audiences, including senior stakeholders.
  • Skills & Competencies:
    • Proficiency in both German and English, written and spoken.
    • Outstanding organizational skills, adept at managing multiple projects and priorities efficiently.
    • A proactive, solution-focused mindset, dedicated to delivering results and ensuring client success.
    • Technologically savvy, with experience in project management tools and communication platforms (e.g., Slack, G-suite).
