Key Responsibilities
  • Design and execute strategies to improve client experiences
  • Establish and nurture long-lasting client relationships
  • Facilitate client onboarding through informative webinars and training sessions
  • Serve as the primary contact for clients, addressing questions via various communication channels
  • Tailor interactions with each client to maximize the advantages of myCraftnote
  • Gather and integrate client feedback into product development discussions
  • Collaborate with a diverse client base, witnessing the industry's evolution firsthand
  • Keep abreast of industry developments and support both digital and in-person initiatives
Required Qualifications
  • Previous experience in Client Success Management and/or customer support roles
  • Strong technical knowledge and enthusiasm for software solutions
  • Ability to understand client needs and communicate effectively
  • Proactive and independent work style complemented by a collaborative mindset
  • Excellent communication skills in both German and English
  • Preferred: familiarity with customer support systems such as Zendesk
