Your Role

At eduBITES, we are transforming corporate learning by converting knowledge into practical insights using cutting-edge AI and synthetic media. As a Customer Success Consultant (m/w/d), you will play a pivotal role in client interactions and project execution, ensuring our clients reach their educational and developmental objectives through our advanced solutions.

This position is full-time (40 hours per week) and offers a hybrid work model. Proficiency in both German and English is essential.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Client Relationship Management:
    • Guide clients throughout their experience with our offerings, from initial onboarding to ongoing growth and success.
    • Serve as a strategic ally, recognizing and addressing the specific needs of each client while nurturing long-term, value-oriented relationships.
    • Develop and execute engagement strategies that boost customer satisfaction and encourage retention.
  • Project Coordination & Delivery:
    • Oversee and manage multiple projects, ensuring timely delivery, adherence to budget, and exceptional quality.
    • Consistently monitor and report on project status, collaborating closely with internal teams to guarantee seamless execution and client satisfaction.
    • Coordinate cross-departmental efforts to align project results with client expectations and organizational objectives.
  • Strategic Advisory & Optimization:
    • Collaborate with clients to pinpoint opportunities for enhancing their learning strategies and maximizing the effectiveness of our solutions.
    • Foster business growth by identifying emerging client needs and proposing customized solutions that address those needs.
    • Collect and analyze client feedback to contribute to the ongoing enhancement of our products and services.
  • Communication & Content Development:
    • Design and manage communication materials that promote customer engagement and product adoption.
Your Profile
  • Professional Experience:
    • 2-5 years of experience in a role focused on project management, client engagement, or strategic consulting, preferably in a dynamic and fast-paced setting.
    • Experience in the learning or knowledge management sector is advantageous but not mandatory.
    • Strong communication and presentation abilities, capable of engaging diverse audiences, including senior stakeholders.
  • Skills & Competencies:
    • Proficiency in both German and English, spoken and written.
    • Outstanding organizational skills, adept at managing multiple projects and priorities effectively.
    • A proactive and solution-focused mindset, dedicated to delivering results and driving client success.
    • Technologically savvy, with experience in using task/project management software and communication platforms (e.g., Slack, G-suite).
