Position Overview:
As the Head of Product Line Management for More Nutrition, you will spearhead the formulation and execution of targeted product line strategies aimed at enhancing growth, elevating brand recognition, and increasing market share. You will hold responsibility for the product line's profitability and performance, ensuring the effectiveness of the portfolio, pricing strategies, promotional activities, and innovation initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Formulate and execute comprehensive product line strategies, focusing on market positioning, pricing, and innovation.
- Oversee the P&L, establishing and meeting financial objectives related to revenue, profitability, and market share.
- Evaluate financial metrics (sales, margins, expenses, forecasting accuracy, inventory levels) and implement corrective measures as necessary.
- Investigate market trends and consumer insights to uncover potential growth avenues.
- Establish and uphold pricing and promotional guidelines to foster growth and enhance margins.
- Collaborate with product development teams to ensure alignment of new products with strategic goals and manage the product lifecycle effectively.
- Coordinate market entry strategies, promotional campaigns, and assess campaign effectiveness.
- Facilitate successful product launches and seek partnerships to boost brand visibility.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related discipline (Master's degree preferred).
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in product management within the FMCG sector.
- Demonstrated success in managing product portfolios from inception through launch and lifecycle management.
- In-depth knowledge of portfolio analysis, market segmentation, and product positioning strategies.
- Experience in crafting and executing activation plans, including go-to-market strategies, distribution, and pricing.
- Strong analytical skills with expertise in market research, data analysis, and financial planning.
- Exceptional communication and presentation abilities, with a proven track record of effective collaboration across teams.
- Capacity to excel in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and drive results through cross-functional collaboration.
- Fluency in English and German is essential.
