We are a fast-growing digital freight forwarder revolutionizing the logistics industry in Europe. As a National Key Account Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving top-line growth for our existing customers and securing new deals with senior external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prospect, create, and develop new leads through cold and warm outreach, generating new customer opportunities.
  • Regularly attend meetings with prospects and active shippers to communicate the value proposition of sennder.
  • Engage with various external stakeholders, from transportation managers to senior-level executives, to build strong relationships and drive business growth.
  • Work closely with the account management and carrier teams to drive top-line growth for existing customers.
  • Own core metrics for your pipeline, frequently reporting on this internally.
  • Lead RFP process activities, including RFI completion, documentation review, summary, and distribution to stakeholders across teams.
What We're Looking For:
  • Demonstrated B2B sales ability, preferably within a high-growth organization or in the logistics sector.
  • Hunter mentality with a knowledge of convincingly addressing an audience.
  • Aptitude to challenge the way customers think about their business.
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver results to complex customers.
  • Ability to collaborate and work with a diverse set of internal and external partners.
  • Analytical and critical thinking ability.
  • Strong communication and organization skills.
  • Solid operational foundation.
  • The ability to balance attention to detail with swift execution.
  • Excellent English and German language skills are a must.
