Project Manager for Engineering Projects

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to lead our engineering projects. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing and motivating project engineers and the entire project team.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage project engineers and the project team to achieve project goals and targets.
- Develop and implement project plans, budgets, and schedules to ensure successful project execution.
- Ensure effective customer communication and management, working closely with the Business Development Manager and sales team.
- Monitor and control project progress, identifying and mitigating risks and issues.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive project success and improve project management processes.
- University degree in industrial engineering, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, or a related field.
- Several years of experience in project management, preferably in mechanical design and industrialization for mass production.
- Strong technical and engineering competencies, with experience working with interdisciplinary teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and stakeholders.
- Proficient in MS Office and project management tools, with a basic understanding of mechatronic systems and industrial manufacturing.
