Job Title: Manufacturing Manager

Eurofit Group is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Manufacturing Manager to lead our production and maintenance operations. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our plant, while maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement production schedules to meet customer demands and production targets.
  • Ensure the effective maintenance of all plant equipment and machinery, minimizing downtime and optimizing production efficiency.
  • Collaborate with the Quality Manager to ensure compliance with quality standards and customer requirements.
  • Supervise and develop the Production team leaders and Maintenance Manager, providing guidance and support to ensure the success of the team.
  • Implement and maintain a Total Productive Maintenance system to reduce waste and energy consumption.
  • Develop and implement a continuous improvement mindset, applying Lean and Six Sigma methodologies to drive process improvements.
Requirements:
  • Degree in Engineering or a related field.
  • 3 years of experience in managerial positions related to production, maintenance, and lean manufacturing, preferably in the automotive industry.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Good knowledge of IATF 16949 and ISO 14001/45001 principles.
  • Technical field knowledge of Pneumatic, Hydraulics, Mechanics, Electrics, and Tire-Wheel assembly.
  • Fluent in German and English.
