About the RoleThe Sales Operations Coordinator will play a crucial role in supporting the Regional Business Manager in the overall management of the region. Key responsibilities include coordinating sales operations activities, managing the vehicle sales process in SAP, creating detailed sales reports, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to standardize processes. If you have a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and a passion for sales operations, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.
Requirements- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Marketing, or relevant apprenticeship with work experience
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a dynamic environment, ensuring timely execution
- Strong analytical skills with experience in SAP, and Power BI for data analysis and insights
- Fluency in English and German; additional European languages are a plus
- Advanced proficiency in Excel for analysis, reporting, and presentations
- Openness to learning and adaptability to new tools, processes, and challenges
- Organizational and project management abilities
- Positive team player, proactive, and willing to go the extra mile to support the team's success
