About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and entrepreneurial individual to lead the expansion of Stranger Soccer in Stuttgart. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for bringing the Stranger Soccer brand and business to life in the assigned city.
Key Responsibilities
- Business Development: Identify and secure prime slots at football venues to run Stranger Soccer games, engage in creative sales and marketing efforts to introduce customers to the platform, and oversee a schedule of games to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Team Management: Recruit, train, and lead a small central team (2-3 persons) as well as a few freelance Official Hosts (game hosts) to kick off the operation.
- Market Analysis: Conduct market research to understand the local football scene and identify opportunities for growth.
- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement a strategic plan to drive business growth and expansion in Stuttgart.
Requirements
- Passion for Football: A strong connection to the local football scene and a passion for the sport.
- Business Acumen: A business background, ideally in management and customer service.
- Entrepreneurial Spirit: An entrepreneurial background or spirit, with a commitment to owning, driving, and scaling the Stranger Soccer brand in the assigned market.
- Leadership Skills: Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
