We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Store Operations Assistant to join our team. This role will play a critical part in ensuring the smooth operation of our store's back of house, including inventory management, stock control, and administrative tasks.

JOB PURPOSE

The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the Store Manager in maintaining high standards of customer service, store appearance, and operational efficiency. This will involve effective communication with colleagues, management of stock and inventory, and adherence to company policies and procedures.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • To assist the Store Manager in implementing procedures to streamline store operations and minimize losses.
  • To manage the stockroom team, including talent acquisition, development, and nurturing to drive store standards and productivity.
  • To coordinate aftersales processes, including alterations, repairs, and personalization, to enhance the client experience.
  • To manage the front-of-house replenishment of stock and non-stock articles to support the client experience.
  • To work closely with the Retail Standards and Operations team to resolve store issues, including deliveries, dispatches, uniforms, facilities, and maintenance.
  • To support the Store Manager in managing the Asset and Profit Protection team to reduce shrinkage.
  • To maintain high standards of cleaning, maintenance, and Health and Safety, including adherence to local legislation.
  • To manage the cash office and administrator to ensure accurate cash and payment procedures.
PERSONAL PROFILE
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to meet business needs.
  • Previous administration experience and cash handling experience.
  • Previous experience with SAP is desirable.
  • Excellent understanding of Microsoft Office programs.
  • Passion for technology and ability to adapt to new systems.
