Job Overview

Burberry Limited is seeking a highly skilled and organized Store Operations Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our store operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our store, including managing the back of house, maintaining high standards of customer service, and collaborating with various departments to drive business results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Store Manager in implementing procedures to streamline store operations and minimize losses.
  • Effectively manage the back of house, including stockroom operations, to maximize productivity and minimize stock loss.
  • Lead the stockroom team, including talent acquisition, development, and nurturing, to drive store standards and productivity.
  • Manage aftersales processes, including alterations, repairs, and personalization, to elevate the customer experience.
  • Collaborate with the Retail Standards and Operations team to resolve store issues, including deliveries, dispatches, uniforms, facilities, and maintenance.
  • Support the Store Manager in managing the Asset and Profit Protection team to reduce shrinkage.
  • Ensure accurate inventory control and collaborate with marketing, client engagement, merchandising, visual merchandising, and other departments as needed.
  • Maintain high standards of cleaning, maintenance, and Health and Safety, including leading local legislation requirements.
  • Manage the cash office and administrator to ensure all cash and payment procedures are followed.
Requirements
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to meet business needs.
  • 1-2 years of management experience.
  • Previous administration experience and cash handling experience.
  • Previous experience with SAP is desirable.
  • Excellent understanding of Microsoft Office programs.
  • Passion for technology and ability to adapt to new technology.
