Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Assistant Store Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the Store Manager in the day-to-day operations of the store, ensuring a seamless customer experience, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the Store Manager in overseeing store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and customer service.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
  • Manage and maintain store displays, fixtures, and equipment to ensure a visually appealing store environment.
  • Conduct regular inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies.
  • Assist with employee onboarding, training, and development.
  • Monitor and maintain store security, including cash handling and loss prevention.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of retail experience, preferably in a management role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and retail management software.
