ERP Implementation Specialist

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as a subject matter expert in intricate ERP solutions and workflows across various sectors including E-Commerce, Manufacturing, Services, and Finance.
  • Independently oversee and execute large-scale ERP implementation initiatives utilizing Odoo.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for our clients throughout the project lifecycle, providing consistent support and effectively managing any escalations.
  • Guide and mentor our talented Junior Consultants, promoting their professional development and growth.
  • Continuously refine and enhance our internal business processes across the entire business unit.
  • Direct the development of software customizations and internal products.
  • Facilitate workshops, presentations, and change management efforts for our clients, ensuring seamless transitions and successful project delivery.
Qualifications
  • A minimum of 4 years of professional experience, including at least 2 years as an ERP key user, ERP Consultant, or IT Consultant.
  • Familiarity with business IT and processes in various domains, preferably in Supply Chain Management, Warehouse Management, Logistics, SaaS, or Finance.
  • A degree in a business or IT-related discipline.
  • Proven experience in leadership and mentoring roles.
  • Strong analytical skills, quick comprehension abilities, and a high level of commitment.
  • A genuine interest in tackling challenging projects and developing innovative solutions.
  • Fluency in English and German at a C1 level is essential.
