Your Role Involves:
  • Consulting, strategizing, executing, and evaluating ERP functionalities for our European operations
  • Taking charge of the ERP system and delivering user assistance
  • Overseeing system performance, managing incidents, and troubleshooting issues
  • Administering and enhancing all connections to integrated modules
  • Generating and refining reports using Power BI
  • Managing the operation of the document management system
  • Administering and designing views in Microsoft SQL Server
Desired Qualifications:
  • Master's or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT Management, Business Informatics, or a related discipline
  • Familiarity with ERP systems, preferably Infor
  • Experience in database development and management, ECM/DMS systems, and workflow creation, ideally with Docuware
  • Strong analytical abilities, meticulous attention to detail, and capacity to manage multiple tasks
  • Excellent communication skills in both German and English
  • A collaborative team player with a customer-focused mindset
  • Adaptable, proactive, and dependable
  • Conceptual thinker with a results-driven approach
