Key Responsibilities
  • Act as a subject matter expert for intricate ERP solutions and workflows across various sectors including E-Commerce, Manufacturing, Services, and Finance.
  • Manage and execute ERP implementation projects utilizing Odoo independently.
  • Provide ongoing support to clients as their primary contact during projects, effectively managing any escalations that arise.
  • Oversee the customization of software and the development of internal products.
  • Facilitate workshops, presentations, and change management processes for clients, ensuring seamless transitions and successful project outcomes.
Qualifications
  • A minimum of 2 years of professional experience, including at least 1 year as an ERP key user, ERP Consultant, or IT Consultant.
  • Familiarity with business IT and processes in any industry, preferably in Supply Chain Management, Warehouse Management, Logistics, SaaS, or Finance.
  • A degree in a business or IT-related discipline.
  • Strong analytical skills, quick comprehension, and a high level of commitment.
  • A genuine interest in tackling challenging projects and developing innovative solutions.
  • Fluency in English and German at a C1 level is essential.
