Lead Complex ERP Projects

We are seeking a highly skilled ERP Consultant to join our team at much. GmbH. As an ERP Consultant, you will be responsible for leading challenging projects involving the implementation and ongoing development of complex ERP solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Take on an expert role for complex ERP solutions and processes in various fields, including E-Commerce, Manufacturing, Services, and Finance
  • Independently conduct and manage ERP implementation projects based on Odoo
  • Demonstrate consistent support to our customers as their initial point of contact throughout projects, and adeptly handle escalations
  • Steer the development of software customizations and internal products
  • Lead workshops, pitches, and change management initiatives for our customers, ensuring smooth transitions and effective project execution
Requirements
  • At least 2 years of work experience with 1 year as an ERP key user, ERP Consultant, or IT Consultant
  • Experience with business IT and processes in any field, ideally Supply Chain Management, Warehouse Management, Logistics, SaaS, or Finance
  • Higher education in a business or IT-related field
  • Very fast comprehension skills, analytical way of working, and high commitment
  • Passion for challenging projects and smart solutions
  • English and German language fluency of C1 is required
