Through the UnternehmerTUM Academy for Innovators, we identify and nurture the entrepreneurial potential of individuals who are shaping our future. Annually, we train thousands of students, researchers, leaders, and professionals through intensive learning formats, adhering to our core values: transformative, appreciative, and sustainable. Our clientele includes companies, foundations, and public funding partners.

Working Student (m/f/x) in Marketing for Entrepreneurship Education

part-time (15-20 hours per week)

Your Mission

As a Marketing Working Student at UnternehmerTUM Academy for Innovators, you will be an integral part of a dynamic team focused on cultivating a vibrant learning community of entrepreneurial and innovative students, researchers, founders, and corporate innovators.

  • You will oversee our LinkedIn presence, crafting engaging content (text, graphics, and potentially video) to enhance our follower engagement.
  • Generate creative content ideas about the Academy for Innovators, including our team, vision, programs, alumni, and partners.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team on the development, planning, and execution of annual talent mobilization campaigns.
  • Work closely with the Academy team to create and maintain a joint KPI dashboard, offering a transparent overview of our marketing performance.
  • Assume project leadership roles, such as managing the talent-focused Instagram channel.
  • Gain practical experience and contribute to impactful projects within a supportive and innovative environment.
Your Profile
  • Students (f/m/d) from all fields of study.
  • Strong and engaging communication skills in English (German is a plus) with the ability to write compelling copy.
  • Agile and customer-centric thinking, combined with a structured and data-driven approach to tasks.
  • High affinity for relevant social media channels and a keen understanding of target group interests, particularly Gen Z.
  • Creativity, an entrepreneurial mindset, and a proactive attitude.
  • Proficient in graphic design tools such as Photoshop or Canva is desirable.
  • Interest in or initial exposure to the innovation and startup ecosystem.
