Marketing Intern for Entrepreneurial Education

Since 2002, in partnership with the Technical University of Munich (TUM) and entrepreneur Susanne Klatten, we have supported pioneering start-ups such as Celonis, Konux, Lilium, inveox, and Isar Aerospace.
At UnternehmerTUM Academy for Innovators, we identify and nurture the entrepreneurial potential of individuals shaping our future. Each year, we train thousands of students, researchers, leaders, and professionals through intensive learning formats, embodying our values of transformation, appreciation, and sustainability. Our clientele includes companies, foundations, and public funding partners.

Working Student (m/f/x) in Marketing for Entrepreneurship Education
part-time (15-20 hours per week)
Your MissionAs a Marketing Working Student at UnternehmerTUM Academy for Innovators, you will be an integral part of a dynamic team focused on cultivating a vibrant learning community of entrepreneurial and innovative students, researchers, founders, and corporate innovators.
- Manage our LinkedIn presence by creating engaging content (text, graphics, and potentially video) to enhance our follower engagement.
- Develop creative content ideas that highlight the Academy for Innovators, including our team, vision, formats, alumni, and partners.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute annual talent mobilization campaigns.
- Work closely with the Academy team to create and maintain a shared KPI dashboard, offering a transparent view of our marketing performance.
- Assume project leadership roles, such as overseeing the talent Instagram channel.
- Gain practical experience and contribute to meaningful projects within a supportive and innovative environment.
- Students (f/m/d) from all academic disciplines.
- Strong and engaging communication skills in English (German is a plus) with the ability to craft compelling copy.
- Agile and customer-focused thinking, combined with a structured and data-driven approach to tasks.
- High affinity for relevant social media platforms and a good understanding of target audience interests, particularly Gen Z.
- Creativity, an entrepreneurial mindset, and a proactive attitude.
- Proficient in graphic design tools such as Photoshop or Canva is desirable.
- Interest in or initial exposure to the innovation and startup ecosystem.
- A dynamic work environment that allows you to implement your ideas swiftly and witness their realization.
