Working Student (m/f/x) in Marketing for Entrepreneurial Education

part-time (15-20 hours per week)

Your Mission

As a Marketing Working Student at UnternehmerTUM Academy for Innovators, you will join a dynamic team dedicated to building a vibrant learning community of entrepreneurial and innovative students, researchers, founders, and corporate innovators.

  • You will manage our LinkedIn presence, creating engaging content (text, graphics, and potentially video) to enhance our follower base.
  • You will generate creative content ideas about the Academy for Innovators, including our team, vision, formats, alumni, and partners.
  • You will collaborate with the marketing team to develop, plan, and execute annual talent mobilization campaigns.
  • You will work closely with the Academy team to create and maintain a shared KPI dashboard, offering a transparent overview of our marketing performance.
  • You will take on project leadership roles, such as managing the talent Instagram channel.
  • You will gain practical experience and contribute to impactful projects within a supportive and innovative environment.
Your Profile
  • Students (f/m/d) from all disciplines are welcome.
  • Excellent communication skills in English (German is a plus) with the ability to craft engaging copy that converts.
  • You think in an agile and customer-centric manner while approaching tasks in a structured and data-driven way.
  • High affinity for current social media channels and a good understanding of target group-relevant topics, especially those of Gen Z.
  • Creativity, an entrepreneurial mindset, and a proactive attitude are essential.
  • Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Photoshop or Canva is desirable.
  • Interest in or initial exposure to our innovation and start-up ecosystem is a plus.
