Marketing Intern for Entrepreneurial Education

Since 2002, in partnership with the Technical University of Munich (TUM) and entrepreneur Susanne Klatten, we have supported pioneering start-ups like Celonis, Konux, Lilium, inveox, and Isar Aerospace.
At the UnternehmerTUM Academy for Innovators, we identify and nurture the entrepreneurial potential of individuals shaping our future. Each year, we educate thousands of students, researchers, leaders, and professionals through intensive learning formats, adhering to our core values: transformative, appreciative, and sustainable. Our clientele includes companies, foundations, and public funding partners.

Working Student (m/f/x) Marketing for Entrepreneurship Education
Part-time (15-20 hours per week)
Your ResponsibilitiesAs a Marketing Working Student at UnternehmerTUM Academy for Innovators, you will join a vibrant team dedicated to cultivating a thriving learning community of entrepreneurial students, researchers, founders, and corporate innovators.
- Manage our LinkedIn presence by creating compelling content (text, graphics, and potentially video) to enhance our follower engagement.
- Develop innovative content ideas highlighting the Academy for Innovators, including our team, vision, programs, alumni, and partners.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute annual talent mobilization campaigns.
- Work alongside the Academy team to create and maintain a shared KPI dashboard, offering a clear view of our marketing performance.
- Assume project leadership roles, such as overseeing the talent Instagram channel.
- Gain practical experience and contribute to meaningful projects within a supportive and innovative environment.
- Students (f/m/d) from all fields of study.
- Excellent communication skills in English (German is an advantage) with the ability to craft engaging content.
- Agile and customer-focused thinking, combined with a structured and data-driven approach to tasks.
- Strong affinity for current social media platforms and a keen understanding of topics relevant to target audiences, particularly Gen Z.
- Creativity, an entrepreneurial mindset, and a proactive attitude.
- Proficient in graphic design tools such as Photoshop or Canva is desirable.
- Interest in or initial exposure to the innovation and start-up ecosystem.
- A dynamic work environment that allows you to quickly implement your ideas and witness their realization. Collaborate with motivated and open-minded colleagues who share your initiative and team spirit.
