Wir suchen eine erfahrene Führungskraft, die unsere Geschäftsentwicklung und Produktmanagement-Teams unterstützt. Als Head of Business Development und Produktmanagement werden Sie verantwortlich für die Planung, Organisation und Steuerung aller teambezogenen Aktivitäten. Sie werden auch für die Förderung der Team- und Mitarbeiterentwicklung verantwortlich sein, um die Fähigkeiten und Kompetenzen des Teams zu stärken und den langfristigen Erfolg sicherzustellen.

Deine Aufgaben
  • Verantwortung für Budget- und Business Case-Projekte
  • Markt- und Wettbewerbsbeobachtung sowie Entwicklung neuer Geschäftsmodelle
  • Erstellung und Pflege der Produkt- und Lösungsroadmap
  • Abstimmung aktueller und zukünftiger Lösungen mit den Abteilungen Engineering und Einkauf
  • Stakeholdermanagement, inklusive Erstellung und Pflege der Stakeholdermatrix
  • Zusammenarbeit mit Verbänden, Technikpartnern, Investoren und Lieferanten im ju:niz Ökosystem
  • Planung und Durchführung von Messeauftritten, Pflege der Unternehmenswebseite, Social Media Aktivitäten (LinkedIn), Erstellung von Artikeln, Vorträgen und Präsentationen
  • Förderung des internen Marketings in enger Zusammenarbeit mit der HR-Abteilung
  • Steuerung und Optimierung der Prozesse in den Bereichen Business Development, Produktmanagement und Marketing innerhalb des ju:niz Energy Prozesshauses
  • Bearbeitung von Vertriebsanfragen über die zentrale E-Mail-Adresse in Absprache mit der Geschäftsführung

Dein Profil

Wir suchen eine erfahrene Führungskraft mit umfassender Erfahrung im Business Development und Produktmanagement von komplexen erklärungsbedürftigen Lösungen. Sie sollten auch Erfahrung in einer ähnlichen Rolle haben und idealerweise Erfahrung im Bereich Übertragungsnetze, Energieversorgung mitbringen. Ein (duales) Studium der Elektrotechnik oder ein artverwandter Studiengebiet oder ein elektrotechnischer Ausbildungshintergrund und Handwerks- oder Industriemeister der Elektrotechnik sind erforderlich. Sie sollten auch die Fähigkeit zur Führung und Entwicklung von Teams haben, ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten und eine starke Problemlösungskompetenz, um komplexe Herausforderungen zu identifizieren, zu analysieren und wirksame Lösungen zu entwickeln.
