Wir suchen einen erfahrenen ServiceNow Consultant Manager, der unsere Kunden bei der Umsetzung von Transformationsprojekten auf der ServiceNow-Plattform unterstützt.

Aufgaben
  • Management von Onshore- und Offshore-Ressourcen
  • Projektphasen Design-, Build-, Test- und Implementierungsaktivitäten
  • Aufnahme von Anforderungen und Übersetzung in User Stories
  • Entwicklung und Überprüfung von Test Cases
  • Bereitstellung von technischem Input für den Vertriebsprozess
  • Leitung neuer Kolleginnen und Kollegen
  • Unterstützung bei der Entwicklung von KPMGs Serviceangeboten
Qualifikationen
  • (Senior) Manager – ServiceNow Consulting (w/m/d)
  • Erfahrung im Bereich Consulting / Professional Services
  • Mindestens 4 Jahre Erfahrung in der Geschäftsanalyse bei technologiegestützten Service-Management-Transformationen
  • Zertifizierungen in ServiceNow CSA, Agile Methoden, ITIL, Business Analyst
  • Pre-Sales-Erfahrung, einschließlich Antworten auf RFIs, RFPs und Präsentationen für Kunden
  • Kenntnisse in der Leitung von Offshore-Entwicklungsteams und anderen ServiceNow-Produkten
