Im Bereich der Beratung mit einem klaren Fokus auf ServiceNow bringst du sowohl Erfahrung in der Kundenentwicklung als auch in der Gestaltung von Enterprise Service Management mit?

Über ITSM hinaus gestalten wir echte Kundenprozesse in ServiceNow.
In der Rolle des (Senior-) Technical Consultant ServiceNow bist du verantwortlich für die Durchführung von Workshops zur Analyse der Anforderungen und Herausforderungen unserer Kunden mit der ServiceNow-Plattform. Darauf aufbauend entwickelst du intelligente, innovative ServiceNow-Lösungen in enger Zusammenarbeit mit unseren Business-Consultants aus verschiedenen Branchen für unsere zahlreichen adesso-Kunden.

Im Detail übernimmst du folgende Aufgaben:

Eigenverantwortliche Beratung von Kunden in Workshops sowie die Erstellung von fachlichen und technischen Lösungsdesigns auf Basis von ServiceNowBeratung und Umsetzung von ServiceNow mit Schwerpunkten wie "Customer Service Management", "Field Service Management", "Security Operations", "Integrated Risk Management / Governance, Risk and Compliance" und/oder "IT Service Management"Aktive Mitwirkung beim Aufbau und der Weiterentwicklung des Kompetenzzentrums, in Zusammenarbeit mit den adesso Fach-Competence Centern für Security, GRC, Manufacturing, Retail und weiteren BereichenVerantwortliche Patenschaft und aktive Wissensvermittlung für Technical Consultants ServiceNowUnterstützung bei der Erweiterung der Partnerschaft mit ServiceNowAkquisitions- und Pre-Sales-Aktivitäten

DEINE SKILLS - DAS BRINGST DU MIT

Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Beratungsumfeld mit einem klaren Fokus auf ServiceNow(Akquise, Initiierung und Planung, Konzeption, Implementierung und Betrieb)Zertifizierung in ServiceNow als "Certified System Administrator", wünschenswert ist mindestens eine zusätzliche Zertifizierung als "Certified Implementation Specialist": ITSM, CSM, FSM, SIR, IRM/GRC oder "Certified Application Developer"Fundierte Kenntnisse in der Lösungs- und Schnittstellengestaltung sowie in Industriestandards wie ITIL, BPMN, JavaScript und SQLNachgewiesene Erfahrung in Projektmethoden (Wasserfall, Scrum oder Hybrid), idealerweise zertifiziert in PRINCE2 und/oder PMI und/oder ScrumErfolgreich abgeschlossenes (Fach-)Hochschulstudium im Bereich (Wirtschafts-) Informatik oder in verwandten Disziplinen
