Digital Leader for B2B Ecommerce Western Europe

About the Role

The LEGO Group is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Digital Leader to join our team as Vice President, B2B Ecommerce Western Europe. This is a key role in developing and executing our ecommerce strategy and further strengthening our digital capabilities in the Western Europe region.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of highly skilled regional ecommerce experts to develop and execute ecommerce strategies and plans that drive commercial growth and customer satisfaction.

  • Accountable for the execution of digital ecommerce-related activities within the region, including content, search, performance marketing, analytics, and marketing technology.

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including Amazon EU, to drive mutual business growth and success.

  • Collaborate with the global ecommerce Centre of Excellence to design, run, and optimize digital shopper funnels to support marketing strategies and drive commercial results.

  • Work closely with the global Product and Marketing Development organisation and the dedicated LEGO Agency to ensure ecommerce-focused product and campaign content, assortment, and packaging development meet business needs.

  • Partner with the Digital Product organisation and Data Office to ensure ecommerce needs are reflected in the Company Digital Product and Data roadmaps.

  • Lead all aspects of regional ecommerce and shopper digital budgets, delivering commercial and shopper metrics.

  • Support ecommerce teams in local BUs to ensure they are enabled with ecommerce strategy, investment, resource, technology, and tools to deliver outstanding ecommerce execution with all B2B customers.

  • Empower, grow, and retain ecommerce talent by building a strong and collaborative work environment.

Requirements

  • Significant experience within organisations digitally focused on ecommerce sales, merchandising, and marketing for a global brand.

  • Experience in both ecommerce strategy and execution, including content, search, performance marketing, analytics, and marketing technology.

  • Expertise with business analysis and critical metric tracking within online environments.

  • Significant experience in global and/or regional project management and implementation, including with remote teams.

  • Proven track record of inspiring teams to thrive within Agile ways of working and a test and learn culture.

  • Significant experience working with C-Level executives.
