Brand Experience Strategist

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Brand Experience Strategist to join our team at Hyundai Motor Europe. As a key member of our marketing team, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing strategies to strengthen our brand presence across Europe.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive brand experience strategies to drive business growth and brand awareness
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities for brand positioning
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement marketing campaigns and initiatives
  • Work closely with the global Hyundai HQ to ensure alignment with global brand strategies
  • Develop and maintain playbooks for internal and external stakeholders to drive brand uplift
  • Support the development of centralized concepts and long-term vision to strengthen the brand position

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Marketing, Business, or related field
  • At least 5 years of experience in FMCG or Automotive industry, with a focus on brand development and marketing
  • Proven track record in conception and realization of strategic and tactical measures for brand positioning
  • Strong analytical abilities and experience in interpreting market data
  • Self-starter mentality with good understanding of business needs
