Position Overview

This internship focuses on the dynamic field of Customer Relationship Management within the Sales & Marketing department at Mercedes-Benz Connectivity Services GmbH. Role Responsibilities

As an intern, you will be involved in:

  • Enhancing customer satisfaction through collaboration with the sales team.
  • Participating in international sales initiatives aimed at revenue generation.
  • Assisting in various customer journey projects, focusing on process optimization and data integrity within the CRM system.
  • Facilitating communication between customers, sales, and billing departments.
  • Coordinating customer onboarding processes in both pre-sales and post-sales phases.
  • Providing support in daily operational tasks.
Qualifications
