Our Sales & Operations team is determined and dynamic. We dedicate ourselves to a variety of tasks, true to the motto: the customer comes first. With a focus on the best possible support, we take care of the needs of our partners and customers.

**Exciting Tasks Ahead**

We are looking for a talented individual to join our team and take on the following responsibilities:

  • Responsibility for an outstanding customer experience together with the sales team and active collaboration to continuously increase customer satisfaction
  • Independent involvement in international sales projects to generate sales
  • Support in various customer journey projects (process optimization and data quality in the CRM system)
  • Active interface between customer, sales, and the billing department
  • Independent coordination of customer onboarding in pre- and after-sales
  • Support in day-to-day operations

**Requirements**

We are looking for a highly motivated and skilled individual with the following qualifications:

  • Degree in business administration, economics, or a comparable course of study
  • Good understanding of business contexts and current trends in digitalization
  • Strong customer and service orientation as well as consulting skills
  • Initiative, strong communication skills, and the ability to work in a team
  • High degree of creativity, pioneering spirit, and implementation strength as well as solution orientation (can-do mindset)
  • Very high level of commitment and flexibility
  • Very good written and spoken German and English skills
