Our ApproachWe believe that the future of the construction industry lies in the fusion of architecture and technology, with a strong focus on sustainable refurbishment. Our innovative approach combines advanced data collection with machine learning analyses to increase efficiency and monitor comprehensive refurbishment projects. We aim to provide urban development proposals and comprehensive project development calculations that take into account financial aspects such as rents, construction costs, tax benefits, and government subsidies for energy-efficient refurbishments.
Key Responsibilities- Design and implement automated machine learning pipelines for data preprocessing, model training, evaluation, and deployment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate machine learning models into production environments, ensuring high performance and scalability.
- Develop and maintain continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines for machine learning projects to automate testing, deployment, and monitoring of machine learning models.
- Explore and implement best practices in machine learning operations (MLOps), including version control, model monitoring, and performance tracking.
- Collaborate with the data engineering team to ensure the availability and quality of data for model training and inference.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning (ML) technologies and automation tools to continually enhance our machine learning infrastructure.
- Strong understanding of CI/CD principles, including experience with tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, and GitHub Actions.
- Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes, and cloud services such as Amazon Web Services (AWS), Google Cloud Platform (GCP), and Microsoft Azure.
- Proficiency in Python and familiarity with machine learning libraries such as Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, and PyTorch.
- Strong expertise in automation/orchestration tools such as Kubeflow, Airflow, Dagster, and Dataform, and machine learning tracking/lifecycle tools such as MLflow and Tensorboard.
- Experience in working with database management systems such as PostgreSQL, BigQuery, and Oracle.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Strong communication skills, with proficiency in English.
- Proven experience in data modeling and data modeling software is a plus.
