Automated Machine Learning Engineer

As a Machine Learning Automation Engineer at syte GmbH, you will be instrumental in refining our machine learning operations (MLOps) framework. Your primary focus will be on automating workflows related to machine learning and ensuring the efficient deployment of scalable models.
Key Responsibilities- Design and Implementation: Create automated pipelines for data preprocessing, model training, evaluation, and deployment.
- Collaboration: Work alongside data scientists and engineers to seamlessly integrate ML models into production environments, ensuring optimal performance and scalability.
- CI/CD Development: Establish and maintain continuous integration and continuous deployment pipelines for machine learning projects, automating testing, deployment, and monitoring processes.
- Best Practices: Research and apply best practices in MLOps, focusing on version control, model monitoring, and performance tracking.
- Data Quality Assurance: Partner with the data engineering team to guarantee the availability and quality of data for model training and inference.
- Continuous Learning: Keep updated with the latest advancements in AI/ML technologies and automation tools to enhance our ML infrastructure.
- In-depth knowledge of CI/CD principles, with experience in tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, and GitHub Actions.
- Familiarity with containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes, as well as cloud services including AWS, GCP, and Azure.
- Proficient in Python and experienced with ML libraries such as Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, and PyTorch.
- Strong expertise in automation and orchestration tools, including Kubeflow, Airflow, Dagster, and Dataform, along with ML tracking and lifecycle tools like MLflow and Tensorboard.
- Experience with database management systems such as Postgres, BigQuery, and Oracle.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities, capable of working independently and collaboratively.
- Strong communication skills, with proficiency in English required.
