Wir suchen einen erfahrenen Machine Learning Engineer (m/w/d) für unsere Zentrale in Münster. In dieser Rolle bist du verantwortlich für den Aufbau und die Weiterentwicklung der Entwicklungsumgebung für ML-Projekte und der MLOps Pipeline.

Aufgaben
  • Entwicklung und Wartung von ML-Modellen und KI-Services
  • Kontinuierliche Überwachung und Optimierung von ML-Modellen und KI-Services
  • Implementierung und Wartung von CI/CD-Pipelines für kontinuierliche Integration und Bereitstellung von ML-Services
  • Implementierung einer umfassenden Versionskontrolle für Modelle, Experimente und Metadaten
  • Entwicklung maßgeschneiderter Werkzeuge zur effizienten Optimierung des gesamten Entwicklungs- und Bereitstellungsworkflows
  • Gemeinsame Arbeit mit dem KI und Data Science Team zur Definition und Entwicklung von Best Practices für Machine Learning bei Thalia
Voraussetzungen
  • Masterabschluss in Informatik oder einem verwandten Fachgebiet
  • Mindestens zwei Jahre praktische Erfahrung im Bereich des ML Engineering
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in der Cloud-nativen Entwicklung mit Microsoft Azure und/oder GCP
  • Erfahrung mit der Verwaltung und Orchestrierung von containerisierten Anwendungen mittels Kubernetes
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in der Versionskontrolle mit Git
  • Programmierkenntnisse in Python für die Entwicklung und Implementierung von Machine Learning-Modellen
  • Erfahrung mit gängigen Frameworks wie TensorFlow, PyTorch und scikit-learn
  • Erfahrung in der Arbeit mit Linux und der Bash-Shell
