Automated Machine Learning Engineer

As an Automation Engineer in Machine Learning, you will be integral to refining our ML operations framework, streamlining ML workflows, and ensuring the efficient deployment of scalable machine learning models. Your collaboration with cross-functional teams will be essential in designing, developing, and maintaining automated ML pipelines that drive our ambitious AI initiatives.
Key Responsibilities- Design and Implementation: Create automated ML pipelines for data preprocessing, model training, evaluation, and deployment.
- Collaboration: Work closely with data scientists and engineers to integrate ML models into production environments, ensuring optimal performance and scalability.
- CI/CD Pipeline Development: Establish and maintain CI/CD pipelines for machine learning projects to automate testing, deployment, and monitoring of ML models.
- Best Practices Exploration: Investigate and implement leading practices in MLOps, including version control, model monitoring, and performance tracking.
- Data Quality Assurance: Partner with the data engineering team to guarantee the availability and quality of data for model training and inference.
- Continuous Learning: Stay updated on the latest advancements in AI/ML technologies and automation tools to enhance our ML infrastructure.
- Solid understanding of CI/CD principles, with experience in tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, and GitHub Actions.
- Familiarity with containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes, as well as cloud services including AWS, GCP, and Azure.
- Proficiency in Python and knowledge of ML libraries such as Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, and PyTorch.
- Expertise in automation/orchestration tools like Kubeflow, Airflow, Dagster, and Dataform, along with ML tracking/lifecycle tools like MLflow and Tensorboard.
- Experience with database management systems such as Postgres, BigQuery, and Oracle.
- Strong problem-solving abilities, capable of working independently and collaboratively.
- Excellent communication skills, with proficiency in English required.
- Experience in data modeling and familiarity with data modeling software is a plus.
