Procurement Specialist for Standard Parts

Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Procurement Specialist to join our team at Bishop GmbH. As a key member of our procurement team, you will be responsible for supporting Request For Proposal (RFP)-Projects and Contract extensions.

Responsibilities:
  • Support RFP-Projects and Contract extensions by coordinating relevant documents and tasks with related functions (Engineering, R&T, Procurement, Programmes).
  • Contribute to RFP-Projects by preparing Selection Reports and Final Awards in line with decisions.
  • Negotiate Supplemental Commercial Agreements (SCA) or Material Contracts for RFPs and Contract Extensions.
  • Support buyers in implementing policies and targets, ensuring Derisking policies are properly integrated in Contracts Extensions.
  • Contribute to market strategies based on current supplier panel, technology intelligence, and benchmark in all sourcing activities.
  • Manage suppliers' contracts, including claims, contractual review meetings, and definition of continuous improvement targets.
  • Ensure accuracy and respect of commercial Terms & Conditions in all Airbus IT systems.
Requirements:
  • Good communication skills to ensure the flow of information.
  • Ability to integrate into a team.
  • High level of responsibility, resilience, and organizational skills.
Education:
  • Industrial engineering, at least a bachelor's degree.
  • Business administration, at least a bachelor's degree.
  • Supply chain/logistics, at least a bachelor's degree.
Experience:
  • Purchasing at least 4 years.
  • Supplier management at least 4 years.
  • Aerospace at least 4 years.
  • Contract management at least 4 years.
IT Skills:
  • MS Excel, at least knowledge of detailed functions.
  • MS Word, at least knowledge of detailed functions.
  • Google Workspace, an advantage.
Language Skills:
  • German, at least proficient.
  • English, at least business fluent.
Further Qualification:
  • eProc, an advantage.
  • Airbus experience, desirable.
