Wir suchen einen erfahrenen Senior Expert für das Bereich der Produktsicherheit. In dieser Rolle werden Sie gemeinsam mit unserem Team an spannenden und herausfordernden Themen arbeiten und eine intensive Einarbeitung "on the job" mit kompetenten Kollegen erhalten.

Verantwortlichkeiten

  • Entwicklung und Umsetzung von produktsicherheitsrelevanter Strategien zur Umsetzung der europäischen Chemikalienstrategie für Nachhaltigkeit
  • Beauftragung und Begleitung von phys.-chem., toxikologischen und ökotoxikologischen Studien, Gutachten und Dossiers für alle nationalen und internationalen regulatorischen Anforderungen
  • Erstellung von Registrierdossiers insbesondere für die europäischen Behörden u.a. in Zusammenarbeit mit in- und ausländischen Instituten, Beratern und Laboratorien inklusive entsprechender Auftragsvergabe
  • Entwicklung nationaler und internationaler Strategien zur Produktsicherheit unter Beachtung länderspezifischer Anforderungen und Marktbestimmungen in Abstimmung mit Produktmanagement, Produktion, Anwendungstechnik und Forschung aus den Geschäftsbereichen
  • Durchführung der weltweiten Kundenberatung und -betreuung in Fragen der Produktsicherheit
  • Unterstützung der Geschäftsbereiche, des Produktmanagements, der anwendungstechnischen Fachabteilungen, der Produktion, der Forschung und der Auslandsgesellschaften durch Beratung in allen Belangen der Produktsicherheit sowie der Initiierung bzw. Durchführung der erforderlichen Maßnahmen
  • Verfolgung und Kommentierung nationaler und internationaler produktsicherheitsrelevanter Gesetze und Verordnungen und deren Umsetzung unter Berücksichtigung produktspezifischer Belange
  • Vertretung des Geschäftsbereiches in nationalen und internationalen Fach- und Interessenverbänden (VCI, CEFIC-FCA, Reach Konsortien und SIEFs etc.) zur aktiven Beeinflussung von Gesetzesentwicklungen, zur Stärkung der Produktposition sowie zur internationalen Abstimmung mit Mitbewerbern

Anforderungen

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium der Fachrichtung Biologie, Chemie, Pharmazie oder vergleichbarer Fachrichtung mit naturwissenschaftlichem Schwerpunkt
  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossene toxikologische und ökotoxikologische Zusatzqualifikation
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich der Toxikologie
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse im Bereich des nationalen und internationalen Chemikalienrechts
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Sicheres und professionelles Auftreten gegenüber internen und externen Ansprechpartnern
  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsstärke und Teamgeist
