About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Manager Loyalty Program to join our team at Sky Deutschland GmbH. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing customer loyalty measures and special offers as part of our Sky Extra loyalty program.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement customer loyalty measures and special offers to increase customer engagement and retention.
  • Create communication plans and orchestrate communication channels to increase awareness and stimulate engagement among our customer base.
  • Design and implement communication briefings to promote sweepstakes and loyalty initiatives.
  • Support the planning and implementation of events such as film premieres, VIP experiences, and on-site support in cooperation with external service providers.
  • Monitor campaign and engagement KPIs and create corresponding reports.
  • Jointly manage the annual event and communication budget and ensure adherence to it.
Requirements
  • Relevant degree and at least 2-4 years of professional experience in media, PR, marketing, customer or corporate communications.
  • Experience in customer base management, CRM, or customer loyalty, with a good understanding of campaign planning processes.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
  • High level of creativity, commitment, initiative, and stress tolerance.
  • Ability to work in a team and build professional networks.
  • Class B driving license and willingness to travel nationally and internationally for event support.
  • Very good German and good English skills, with confident handling of MS Office and Adobe Photoshop knowledge.
