Our clients include Lufthansa, Deutsche Bahn AG, PAYBACK, and international air carriers such as China Southern Airlines and United Airlines.

**Your Role**

As a Business Analyst (m/f/d), you will be part of an agile team shaping the quality of our clients' loyalty programs. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Creating decision templates for our customers and advising them on best practices.
  • Participating in an agile team and contributing to the overall success.
  • Analyzing and optimizing processes around loyalty programs.
  • Creating requirement documents for IT systems.
  • Modeling business processes in event-driven process chains, domain maps, and value chains.
  • Preparing decision templates for our clients and advising them on best practices.

**Your Profile**

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Economics, or a comparable qualification.
  • Very good knowledge in the field of business analysis, requirements management, modeling techniques, and documentation of complex matters in Confluence and Jira.
  • Experience with agile working methods (Epic/Capability/Feature/User Story).
  • Knowledge of standard CRM software products such as Siebel, SAP, or Salesforce.
  • High problem-solving skills and analytical thinking.
  • Customer-oriented, strategic thinking, and working methods.
  • Fluent German (at least C1 level) and good English skills (at least B2 level) in speech and writing.
