Loyalty Marketing Manager

Sky Deutschland GmbH is seeking a dedicated Loyalty Marketing Manager to enhance our customer engagement strategies. As a vital contributor to our marketing team, you will be tasked with the development, execution, and evaluation of loyalty initiatives and promotional offers within our loyalty program.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, execute, and assess loyalty initiatives and promotional campaigns
  • Develop comprehensive communication strategies to boost awareness, drive engagement, and enhance customer perception
  • Prepare communication materials to support promotions and loyalty programs
  • Assist in the planning and execution of events, including premieres and exclusive experiences in sports and entertainment
  • Track campaign performance and engagement metrics, generating insightful reports
  • Manage and allocate the annual budget for events and communications
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree with 2-4 years of experience in marketing, public relations, or communications
  • Proven experience in customer relationship management and event coordination
  • Self-motivated, innovative, and detail-oriented with the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment
  • Excellent communication skills with a knack for building professional relationships
  • Passion for sports, film, and television
  • Valid Class B driver's license and readiness to travel
  • Proficient in both German and English
