About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled individual to join our Customer Marketing team as a Customer Marketing & Loyalty Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the development and implementation of customer loyalty programs, as well as conducting market research and analysis to inform marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the development and implementation of customer loyalty programs, including the creation of marketing materials and campaigns.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to inform marketing strategies and identify opportunities for growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute marketing campaigns.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign results to inform future marketing strategies.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers and partners.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in marketing or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
