Job Title: Client Service Analyst

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Client Service Analyst to join our team at Dimensional Fund Advisors. As a Client Service Analyst, you will play a critical role in supporting the client servicing and sales efforts within our EMEA Client Group.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the team with the preparation of event materials and client materials, including prospecting packs, portfolio review books, and ad-hoc presentations.
  • Administration, including meeting preparation, client record keeping, basic market analytics, investment analysis, and other ad-hoc duties.
  • Own certain regulatory and client reporting deliverables.
  • Maintain records for our client and prospect pipelines.
  • Assist with sales research and support.
  • Support various aspects of channel-specific events, including organizing and preparation.
  • Demonstrate an understanding of the firm's products, our investment process, our systems, and our investment philosophy.
  • Continually review and seek out improvements to our processes and procedures.
  • Ensure necessary client data is accurate and up to date.

Requirements:

  • Native or fluent German language skills are essential (verbal and written).
  • An individual with a strong sense of professional and personal integrity and high ethical standards.
  • A keen interest in investment management and what Dimensional does, how we serve our clients, and our place in the industry.
  • Curiosity for our clients and their individual businesses, including the way in which we service different client types through individual meetings, study groups, or events.
