Private Equity Senior Client Associate

We are seeking a Private Equity Client Senior Associate to support our clients in the successful deployment of our solution. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the successful deployment and ongoing success of our solutions, tailored to meet sophisticated client requirements and complex project plans.
The Role- Client Relationship Management: Create trusted relationships with clients and prospects to position CEPRES solutions, provide support to clients to maximize satisfaction and expand their use of CEPRES solutions.
- Project Management: Coordinate client investment data collection and handling with accurate and timely feedback, manage schedules and overall project status to ensure requirements and project deliverable dates are clearly communicated, understood, and executed upon.
- Training and Support: Develop and produce presentations and descriptive documentations regarding the Platform (written and digital) for internal and external clients, provide expert guidance based on best practices.
- Integration Management: Supervise and manage the integration of CEPRES with existing systems and third-party applications to ensure seamless data flow and operation.
- Team Development and Mentorship: Lead and mentor Analysts, Senior Analysts, and Interns, fostering their development in Private Equity, CEPRES solutions, and broader business operations.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Information Technology, Finance, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field; a Master's degree or MBA is a plus.
- Extensive experience in solution implementation, integration management, or client support, preferably within the financial services industry.
- Strong understanding of financial concepts, data analysis, and private equity.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven project management capabilities, with a track record of managing complex projects and delivering on time.
- Proficiency in advanced project management tools, CRM software, and data analytics platforms.
- Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and develop high-performing teams.
- Strategic thinker with a proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement.
