Digital Marketing Strategist

We are seeking a highly analytical Performance Marketing Manager to join our pioneering team of marketing experts. Our team uses data-driven insights to run efficient performance marketing and improve the customer journey. We are dedicated to creating a dynamic atmosphere that fosters your professional growth within AUTO1 Global Services SE & Co. KG.
We are looking for a performance marketing manager who is highly analytical and expanding their scope beyond online to offline marketing channels like TV. In this position, you'll have a pivotal role in shaping our brand advertising strategy for our consumer brand. You will take charge of both traditional offline marketing channels like TV and online video activities like YouTube.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and set up performance-driven campaigns for our consumer brand across TV and other brand marketing channels such as YouTube.
- Perform data-driven analysis to uncover improvement and growth potentials by connecting campaign KPIs with core business data using our industry-leading tools.
- Manage budget allocation towards different brand marketing channels proactively to compose an efficient channel mix that acquires high-quality customers efficiently.
- Develop data-based business cases for brand growth opportunities and establish strong relationships with media partners in the industry.
- Collaborate with our creation and production department to support the creative development process based on data-driven insights.
Requirements:
- Experience in managing and expanding online or offline marketing, with a proven track record in delivering results in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical skills, a data-driven mindset, and a passion for tackling analytical challenges by delving into large datasets using tools like Excel.
- Attention to detail and a structured mindset, enabling you to manage multiple aspects of campaigns and projects effectively.
- High motivation to thrive in a fast-paced environment and continuously challenge the status quo in the field of performance marketing.
- Fluency in English and German.
