Job Title: SAP Business Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled SAP Business Manager to lead our team in the DACH region. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for managing a team of employees, developing the organization, and ensuring the right mix of skills and team members.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage goal setting, goal achievement, and performance of team members.
  • Develop the organization by identifying future work areas and ensuring the right mix of skills.
  • Act as Staffing Manager for non-fixed bid demand and fixed-bid work projects.
  • Act as Escalation Manager for all projects in your space.
  • Support the Client manager to develop new business models.
  • Continuously challenge and improve delivery to the client.
  • Oversee the work of technical groups and be responsible for their overall delivery.

Requirements:

  • Client engagement: Builds and manages client relationships.
  • Industry knowledge: Ability to understand trends in the market and the client's strategic direction.
  • SAP Portfolio knowledge: Ability to fully understand DXC's portfolio and manage capability-related work.
  • Prospecting and qualifying SAP leads: Ability to leverage client relationships to identify shifting or emerging opportunities.
  • Account SAP plan: Ability to align productivity and cost optimization plans with business requirements.
  • Deploy and expend: Ability to drive proactive continuous improvements and manage urgent and complex tasks.
  • Leadership: Ability to drive a diverse team of employees and suppliers to deliver within rigorous DXC requirements.
