About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Savory Flavorist to join our team at Silesia International GmbH (Holding). As a key member of our flavor creation team, you will be responsible for developing new savory flavors that meet the highest standards of quality and innovation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop new savory flavors for various markets, considering customer requirements and company policies.
  • Lead flavor creation projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Participate in sensory projects, providing expert knowledge on flavor development and analysis.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, raw materials, and legal changes in the area of expertise.
Requirements
  • Expertise in developing savory flavors for various markets.
  • Good knowledge of raw materials relevant to savory flavors.
  • Very good understanding of relevant legislations (EMEA).
  • Willingness to travel (on average less than 20%).
