Savory Flavor Development Specialist

Your Mission

We are seeking a highly skilled Savory Flavorist to join our team at Silesia International GmbH (Holding). As a key member of our flavor creation team, you will be responsible for developing new and innovative savory flavors for various markets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop new savory flavors, either proactively or based on customer projects, considering legal and customer requirements and company policies and guidelines.
  • Lead customer and internal projects related to flavor creation, ensuring timely and successful project delivery.
  • Participate in cross-functional projects and initiatives, driving innovation and growth.
  • Support the upscaling of flavors upon request, ensuring efficient and effective production processes.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop and execute presentations for internal and external clients, showcasing our expertise and capabilities.
  • Visit customers upon request, building strong relationships and understanding their needs.
  • Provide technical training to customers and internal teams, ensuring knowledge transfer and skill development.
  • Contribute to defining and executing innovation projects, driving business growth and expansion.
  • Support other departments on flavor creation-related topics, such as quality control and quality management, sensory projects, and more.
Your Profile

We are looking for an expert in developing savory flavors for various markets, with a strong understanding of raw materials, reaction flavors, and relevant legislations. You should be willing to travel (less than 20% on average) and have a good understanding of analytical data and methodologies.
